After working on the Carrier 360 Load Board in 2021, J.B. Hunt needed new features built into the other end of the load board's telephone - MATCH. I completed 23 user stories in Match, but the main effort consisted of (1)new currency functions required in Match for our Canadian users, and (2) the ability for Capacity Procurement Representatives to tender multiple loads to multiple Carriers.

This involved searching for and selecting multiple carriers, then choosing which loads to assign to each carrier, all in a single page. It took several design thinking sessions, contextual inquiries with stakeholders and developers, and user testing sessions before we landed on the final design iteration.
