All of the research for this project was done on a miro board I do not own, and it has since been deleted, so there's not much research to show on this project...but tis was an interesting one because we did not have access to actual users [carriers]. WE had to make assumptions and research competitors to make improvements to the perks & scorecard program. Here are some of the major objectives of the C360 load board redesign.
     • "Shopping" for loads instead of merely finding them in a bland table. 
     • Allowing carriers to opt into contracts on frequented routes
     • Building tours (stacking several loads together) in a "tour builder panel."
     • Building a profit calculator to help carriers measure the profitability of tours.
     • Helping drivers distinguish, at a glance, round trip loads vs one way loads
